Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Looxer. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • You must request the return within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged products caused by misuse

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  • Digital/downloadable items (if applicable)


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our team will provide instructions and the return shipping address.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider—it may take some time before the refund appears.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@looxer.co.
